Pudding Mix for Natilla, 300g In Colombia, natilla is a popular Christmas dish that is eaten together with buñuelos (fried dough balls). Natilla is similar to a flan or pudding. The word 'natilla' is a diminutive of nata (cream) and refers to the consistency of the pudding. Store in a cool, dry place.
Preparation note:
1. Pour the contents of the container into a bowl with 400ml of skimmed milk and stir until dissolved. 2. Bring 600ml of skimmed milk to the boil in a saucepan. Add the mixture from step 1 to the pan, stirring constantly. 3. Reduce the heat and continue to cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. 4. Pour the custard into individual ramekins and leave to cool. There is no need to refrigerate.
