Here are a few things to consider while you wait for your order:
Orders that reach us from Monday to Friday as late as 12 PM (GMT+2) are shipped on the same day. Orders placed after that time are shipped the next day. Orders that are placed after 12 PM (GMT+2) on Friday will be sent out on Monday.
Delivery time within Estonia, parcel will arrive at the parcel machine between 3-5 working days.
Delivery time with parcel terminal (Latvia, Lithuania). Parcel will arrive at the parcel machine of destination within five days, except for Sundays.
Delivery time to Finland, parcel will arrive at the parcel machine within 3 to 5 working days.
Delivery time to Sweden, parcel will arrive at the parcel machine within 3 to 5 working days.

We send packages via Omniva, DPD and Smarpost.

Cachina products ship a mixture of items from either our warehouse in Tallinn, Estonia to you.
Please allow for delays over public holidays, extreme weather conditions and property access for delivery.
*Remote areas is usually refers to the Islands outside the mainland area in a specific country. This extra costs are charged by the courier company and we translate this costs to the customers. In case a wrong delivery charge is chosen by a customer we will try to contact the customer to notify the problem and find the solution together but in case this is not possible, We have the right to cancel the order and we will process the refund.
Pick Up collection
The pick up collection is available at Liikuri 16, 13618, Tallinn during the normal working days from Monday to Friday. Usually, orders are ready for collection after 24 hours from placing the orders. However, customers should specify in the comment box of the cart page day and approx pick up time from the indicated frames (10:00am-12:00pm/ 2:00pm-4:00pm/7:00pm-10:00pm). Please Call or SMS to the +37254520988 one hour before arrival or if any delays arriving to the collection point. Please bring your confirmation order and ID to handle the order over.
By accepting our terms and conditions upon placing your order you agree that Cachina is not responsible for any delay in delivery. Please understand that we have limited control over delivery times as we use third party delivery couriers, therefore out of our control. Orders cannot be cancelled and/or refunded due to the delay or loss of products once in the hands of a shipping party. Once a parcel has been deemed delivered by a third party shipment company, Cachina take no responsibility for missing, stolen or undelivered goods.
If your order has gone missing, please email us at email@example.com so we can resolve this for you. Please note, due to insurance limitations, if your parcel is deemed lost in transit, we currently reserve the right to process a refund in lieu of shipping a replacement order. Parcels acknowledgement as lost in transit by Cachina will be reimbursed minus any logistic changes incurred due to customer error.
All shipping addresses are to be written as they are including post code. If the incorrect address is provided and your order has been shipped, customers will incur a re-shipping fee.
Once your order has been shipped you will get a tracking number via email or text.
