Cusqueña Beer, Peruvian Dark Lager 330ml. 5.6% ABV

Cusqueña Black Dark Lager. Cusqueña Negra Dark Lager, is a Dark Lager type beer, made with pure malted and roasted barley and produced by low fermentation and low temperature, with a maturation process at -1.5°C.

For its elaboration, the Union of Peruvian Breweries Backus and Johnston, has used the varieties of malt: meltcafe, scarlett and toasted caramel malt.

The result is a premium category beer, with an intense black color, a degree of bitterness of 2 out of 5, a degree of sweetness of 5 out of 5 and an Alcohol level by volume of 5.6%. It has a delicate aroma of toffee and a creamy foam. All this results in a pleasant flavour that motivates the senses, perfectly illustrated in the intense dark color of its label and its exclusive carved bottle, characteristic of the Cusqueña family.

Superior Taste Award Awards: (Superior Taste Award) is an award given annually to food and beverages of excellent quality and taste. This award has been granted since 2005 by the International Taste & Quality Institute (iTQi), in Brussels, Belgium. It is often considered the "Michelin Guide" for food products. Cerveza Cusqueña Negra was once again honoured with two gold stars at the Superior Taste Award 2017.
