Pisco Ocucaje Gota Acholado has been made with more than one variety of grapes. One of them is Quebranta, a variety resulting from the genetic mutation suffered by one of the black grape strains that the Spaniards brought to Peru. The other variety is Italia, one of the most used varieties for its great aromatic content and also because it is the most abundant in Peru.
This pisco is translucent and bright, colourless but with an intense aromatic load. On the nose it is fine with notes of white fruit nuanced with citrus notes and a very frank and persistent tropical background. On the palate it is friendly, complex and fun due to the large number of sensations it awakens in its wake. It is persistent on the palate.
Cocktails: Perfect for the elaboration of Pisco Mule, Chilcano (Pisco and Ginger Ale) and Pisco Sour, among others.
