Tasting Notes: Red wine with high intensity colour, with violet-red hues. On the nose it is highly complex, with red fruits such as strawberries and sour cherries. In the mouth it is fresh and with soft tannins.
Pairing: Roast beef, barbecue, baked lamb, river fish, vegetable pie, chicken with mushrooms, meat pudding, dry or fresh pasta with meat or poultry sauce.
