Kimilho Flocao is the Brazilian favourite Corn based Flour used to cook Brazilian couscous, cakes and other recipes. It may contain wheat, soy and sunflower seeds traces. Couscous is not boiled for cooking, but rather steamed over boiling water or a boiling dish in a special saucepan (cuscuzeira). Couscous is the main ingredient or accompaniment to numerous dishes with different types of vegetables and, in many cases, with meat. The corn flakes are also suitable for making corn cakes and desserts, for example with milk, raisins or almonds.
