Chile Ancho are dried “Poblano” chillies. A classic Mexican ingredient, they’re great for marinating pastor-style meat or making the traditional mole poblano. The paste is made from dried chillies roasted in oil. Bitter with sweet notes and profound aroma. Made only with premium poblano peppers.
